During the temporary closure, we will only be providing Customer Service online, through our Message Center. We will be unable to provide support via telephone.
When does the Shelter-in-Place begin for the state of Florida?
The Shelter-in-Place for the state of Florida begins April 3, 2020.
When will your office re-open?
At this time, the Shelter-in-Place has been issued for 30 days, beginning on April 3, 2020 and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2020.
Will I still be able to make Vacation Requests?
Vacation Requests for travel between now and April 30, 2020 will not be accepted.
If you wish to travel May 1, 2020 and later, then you may submit your vacation request.
As the situation with COVID-19 is ever-changing and fluid, these dates are subject to change.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a holiday has been ACCEPTED, the holiday cannot be cancelled or changed. All confirmations are final.

Am I still able to book a cruise?
Cruise lines have suspended sailings through April 2020. While you are still able to book a cruise for travel dates after April 2020, we encourage you to continue monitoring this situation before making a final booking decision.
Should you book a cruise sailing after April 2020, we do encourage you to consider including the cruise line's vacation protection insurance in order to protect your vacation investment. Each cruise line's insurance is different and we will always provide you with their full terms & conditions when we send you a quote.
Am I still able to book through the Travel Center?
You are still able to complete bookings through the Travel Center. Reservations that are booked through the Travel Center are paid directly, at the time of booking.
Please note that the Travel Center's booking options are through separate travel providers. Bookings made through the Travel Center are not directly with Gold Crown Resort.
When completing bookings through our Travel Center, please be very careful that you have entered your email address correctly as this is where your confirmation will be delivered.
